The Quantum & Complex Optics symposium 2025 took place on the 21st and 28th of Novembre 2025, and it was a success! We welcome Ruotong Feng, Anna Beauvironnet, and Allard Hübler for their Master’s and Bachelor’s internships. They will be with us for periods ranging from 3 to 6 months, working on quantum imaging, quantum state characterization, and developing a laboratory project for Masters students in Paris.

April 2021 – New paper in Physical Review A! Our work on SPAD camera for full field quantum imaging, together with colleagues from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausane, is published in PRA!

March 2021 – Quantum holograms on France Culture!
Hugo Defienne was invited on the scientific french radio shows ‘La méthode scientifique » on « France Culture » to discuss about classical and quantum holography, together with Prof. Gilles Tessier from Institut de la Vision.

February 2021 – New publication in Nature Physics!
By using entanglement between photons, quantum holography can circumvent the need for first-order coherence that is vital to classical holography.
